Refund Policy

Eligibility

Unused orders can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. API credits are considered used once spent on API requests; eSIM profiles once activated; VPN configs once delivered and connected.

How to request a refund

• Email support@daqi.app with your order number and the email used at checkout.
• Tell us briefly why you are requesting the refund.
• We confirm eligibility and process the refund to the original payment method.

Processing time

Approved refunds are submitted within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Exceptions

Partially used credits, activated eSIM profiles and already-delivered VPN configurations are not eligible. Statutory rights that cannot be waived still apply.
