1. The service

DaqiAPI provides prepaid API credits for an OpenAI-compatible gateway, eSIM data plans and VPN access. By ordering or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API tokens secure. Do not share tokens publicly. You are responsible for activity performed with your tokens.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• send spam, malware or abusive content;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication or billing;
• resell access to the API in a way that breaches upstream provider terms.

4. Credits, billing and expiry

Pay-as-you-go credits are prepaid and do not expire. Usage is billed by input and output tokens at the rates shown when you purchase. Prices and package contents may change for future purchases.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered automatically after payment is confirmed. If delivery fails, contact support and we will resolve it or refund the affected order.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page.

8. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
